Virginia Harvey's easy venison chili is quick and delicious.

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground venison
- Small onion
- 1 large can or 2 small cans of tomatoes
- 1 package chili seasoning mix
- 1 can chili beans
- 2 cups water
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Brown the ground venison in a skillet and then drain off the fat. In a large sauce pan, mix the ground venison, chili seasoning mix, water, onion, tomatoes, and beans. Stir well.
Cover and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring often.
The chili isn't too spicy, but if you like heat, use a can of tomatoes with chiles instead of plain tomatoes. -- Virginia
